INGREDIENTS
2 cups Mesclun Greens
1Lb Smoked Mozzarella (See Smoked Cheese)
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Reduction
1 Tablespoon Truffle Oil
2 Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper to Taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Smoke the mozzarella with apple wood chips.

Dress the greens with truffle oil and season

Plate the balsamic and tomatoes

Place the cheese on top and make a nest of greens
